Refund policy

At Luna Home and Gifting, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.

In the event that an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, or in the case of a delivery discrepancy, you may raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery. All claims must be submitted with a continuous, unedited unboxing video to be eligible for review. Upon verification, we will arrange an instant replacement or refund, as applicable. :D
