Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier partner issues, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the courier partner and may vary accordingly.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the recipient may be subject to reshipping charges.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lunahomes.in with clear photos and a complete unboxing video. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be provided, as applicable.
